What we are all about
I am Margaret Bounds and I'm a Hampton Roads native, having been born in the Portsmouth Naval Hospital and raised in Norfolk. I worked as a teacher in Norfolk and Chesapeake before starting my career in real estate.
My degree in education is very helpful to my real estate clients.
My husband, Dennis -- a former media professor at several universities, reporter, and field videographer - - serves as Media Specialist. When we list your home, expect it to be featured on our YouTube channel for prospective buyers. Our listings are the only listings in Hampton Roads that receive a custom cinematic video just for your property.
